Clinton County Courthouse
LOCATION: Plattsburg, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: We have just started a three-phase project to renovate and improve the Clinton County Courthouse. For this first phase, we will be tearing out and replacing the existing roof. We will also be replacing the exterior windows, sidewalks, and installing new steel handrails along those new sidewalks. Brick masonry will also be restored, and landscaping improvements will be coming as well. Finally, we will adding new exterior steel framing, drywall, and paint.

Johnson County Theatre in the Park
LOCATION: Shawnee, KS
DESCRIPTION: We are finishing up the construction of two new outdoor restrooms for Theatre in the Park. This work also includes a new ADA parking lot and sidewalks.

Johnson County Parks & Recreation District
LOCATION: Shawnee Mission, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The Johnson County Parks & Recreation District needed more room for their staff at their administration building. The building also operates as the Johnson County Park Police Headquarters. This project consisted of finishing the lower level of the building, adding meeting spaces, making a centralized break room, and providing interior upgrades to make the interior more welcoming and comfortable environment to work in. This would include adding more sources of natural light and colorful design. There will also be improvements to the admin’s lobby and restrooms. The police department will get an addition for their locker room.

Park Hill High School Additions and Field Renovations
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
A new two story athletic addition is under construction at Park Hill High School, consisting of a new weight room, offices, locker room spaces on the first floor and gymnasium, restrooms, and new corridor on the second floor. A new scene shop and storage space is also being added onto the school's Performing Arts Theater as its interior space and art rooms are also being renovated. Outside there are site improvements in development that include a new softball field, dugouts, a new athletic field building, parking lots, and fencing. Finally, an addition to the Park Hill Aquatic Center will provide new offices and storage spacing. Renovations will also be made to the aquatic center's locker room areas, restrooms, and offices.

Park Hill South High School Additions and Renovations
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: As a part of their district's 2022 bond, a new addition to Park Hill South High School is under construction. This addition will provide students with a new gymnasium that will double as a storm shelter, weight room, pre-function entry, band and theatre areas, and an alteration to parking spaces. Their football field will also be updated with new grandstands and a press box.

Lafayette County C-1 School District
LOCATIONS: Higginsville, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: Over the Summer of 2024, we completed the secure vestibule renovations at the Lafayette County C-1 School District Middle and High School, which reconstructed their entrances. This now offers a safer and secure entrance at each location.
Additions and renovations are currently being made to the front entrance at Lafayette County C-1 School District Grandview Elementary School. This addition consists of a new secure vestibule, reception area, principal office, and testing space. The renovations will provide a new conference room, and nurse’s office with restroom and storage room.

Kansas City Public Schools
LOCATIONS: Kansas City, MO
DESCRIPTION: We have an active Master Services Agreement with Kansas City Public Schools. It is a three year contract with each project close to $1M in construction cost. We provide construction support that cover all 30 buildings. Pictures illustrate improvements to East High School's theatrical lighting system.
