Johnson County Parks & Recreation District
LOCATION: Shawnee Mission, Kansas
• The Johnson County Parks & Recreation District needed more room for their staff at their administration building. The building also operates as the Johnson County Park Police Headquarters. This project consisted of finishing the lower level of the building, adding meeting spaces, making a centralized break room, and providing interior upgrades to make the interior more welcoming and comfortable environment to work in. This would include adding more sources of natural light and colorful design. There will also be improvements to the admin’s lobby and restrooms. The police department will get an addition for their locker room.

We have an active Master Services Agreement with Kansas City Public Schools. It is a three year contract with each project close to $1M in construction cost. We provide construction support that cover all 30 buildings. Pictures illustrate improvements to East High School's theatrical lighting system.
