DESCRIPTION:
Roof improvements, restroom renovations, HVAC improvements, Parking Lots and Sidewalks, Secure Entries, Fine Arts, Athletics, Exterior Improvements, Ceiling Improvements, Interior Painting, and Playground Turf.

DESCRIPTION:
• Addition of new commons and food service
• Elevator installation
• Renovation of old food service area to new special education classrooms and resource space

Park Hill School District
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION:
Since 2006, UCC has successfully delivered over 45 construction projects for the Park Hill School District which includes a new elementary school, new middle school, LEAD center, and a new service center, all part of their 2017 bond issue.
SCOPE:
Two New Elementary Schools, Middle School, Leed Facility, Service Center, Transportation Building, and Early Childhood Center. Additions and Renovations to twelve schools. Also includes an assortment of athletic fields and upgrades.

TONGANOXIE SCHOOL DISTRICT
LOCATION: Tonganoxie, Kansas
DESCRIPTION:
This was a brand new two story elementary school built under the Construction Management at-Risk delivery format. The project was approximately 150,000 SF and sits on a 41 acre site. Tonganoxie Elementary is the largest elementary school in the State of Kansas. The building can house up to 1,200 students.

LIBERTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
LOCATION: Liberty, Missouri
DESCRIPTION:
We've provided construction management services for Liberty throughout three bond programs. These projects contain new schools, additions and renovations, athletic fields and more.
SCOPE:
New Liberty North High School, EPiC Elementary, and Liberty Academy. Additions and Renovations to 14 school buildings. Two new football stadiums, seven tennis courts, three gymnasiums, soccer fields, baseball and softball fields.

GIRARD SCHOOL DISTRICT
LOCATION: Girard, Kansas
DESCRIPTION:
This bond program consisted of multiple additions and renovations to three buildings. The Middle School and High School additions/renovations projects included 4,000 SF of commons addition, 8,000 SF of engineering technology/CAD/classroom remodel and 5,000 SF of office. The Haderlein Elementary project consisted of demolition, multiple additions and renovations to the existing school, as well as classroom additions and a new HVAC system.
SCOPE:
Additions and Renovations at Middle and High School building. Renovation of old building and converting it to an Activity Center. Additions and renovations to the Elementary School.

JOPLIN SCHOOL DISTRICT
LOCATION: Joplin, Missouri
DESCRIPTION:
Joplin School District and the rest of Joplin, Missouri was devastated by an EF5 tornado on May 22, 2011.One year later, Universal Construction broke ground to rebuild the five lost facilities. UCC was honored to be invited back to assist the Joplin community after building the original Joplin High School in 1955.

OLATHE PUBLIC SCHOOLS
LOCATION: Olathe, Kansas
DESCRIPTION:
We've completed three bond programs for the Olathe School District. In our three bond programs we completed construction on 25 school buildings. Forest View Elementary was the first LEED Silver Certified by the U.S. Green building Council project under the new LEED for school guidelines in the State of Kansas.
SCOPE:
New Olathe Northwest High School, Woodland Elementary, Forest View Elementary, Sunnyside Elementary, Clearwater Creek Elementary, Manchester Park Elementary, and Madison Place Elementary. Additions and renovations to Olathe East High School and multiple other district schools.

North Platte R-I Schools
LOCATION: Dearborn, Missouri
DESCRIPTION:
We've provided Construction Management services for their projects completing in 2012 + 2018. Thew new Intermediate School was build directly in front of their former school. Upon completion, we knocked down their former school. We removed an old wing on the high school and built the new junior high school in it's footprint.

Kearney School District
LOCATION: Kearney, Missouri

DESCRIPTION:
This project consisted involved major renovations to the Kearney High School Bulldog Stadium.
SCOPE:
all new custom 2,500 seat bleachers, new press-box, new video board, and a new score board. Additionally we added spaces for merchandise, concessions, and
concrete concourse.

Gardner Edgerton School District
LOCATION: Gardner, Kansas
DESCRIPTION:
The building is a single story, steel framed, masonry structure with varying roof heights consisting of modified bitumen and standing seam metal roof areas. Additionally, we expanded the high school parking lot that was adjacent to this new facility.

New Advanced Tech Center
Included water, gas electric; and sanitary and storm sewer connections.

Lee's Summit School District
LOCATION: Lee's Summit, Missouri
DESCRIPTION:
Two-story interior renovations to existing building that includes all demolition, architectural, structural, and MEPFT upgrades to be turned into Paradise Park Early Education Center
Interior renovations to existing Fire Station building that includes all demolition, architectural, structural, and MEPFT upgrades to be turned into Environmental Science Building
Exterior upgrades including prefabricated restroom unit, fishing dock, nature trail, site signage, playground equipment, and utilities

Lone Jack C-6 Schools
LOCATION: Lone Jack, Missouri
DESCRIPTION:
We've provided Construction Management services for their two most recent bond issues. These additions include two classrooms, administrative offices, band/choir room, two music practice rooms, instrument storage, art classroom, FACS room and an enclosure connecting existing buildings. The FACS room doubles as a storm shelter.
SCOPE:
New Middle/High School Wing.
Replaced roof, secure entries, Mechanical & Electrical improvements, Solar Panel Instal, and Security Vestibule Renovations.
COST: $5,900,000
