Jackson County Health Department
LOCATION: Lee's Summit, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: The entire facility was gutted and remodeled. The 2-story building includes demolition and building in new walls, hollow metal frames, acoustical ceiling, and light fixtures. All new flooring, wall paint, furniture, laboratory, operable wall partitions, and break room appliances.

CHILDREN'S MERCY HOSPITAL
LOCATION: Kansas City, Missouri + Overland Park, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: We have completed over 20 projects for Children's Mercy over the years. Our most recent project was the 4th Floor Clinics – Build out of shell space for new clinic and treatment spaces on 4th floor of occupied patient tower at the Overland Park location. Another highlight includes a 5-story annex building to the sensitive Radiology Addition.

North Kansas City Hospital
LOCATION: North Kansas City, Missouri
DESCRIPTION: We have completed seven projects for NKC over the years. Most recently we completed a new 30,110 SF ER addition and a complete 4,100 SF renovation to the existing ER. Work included 25-ER beds, four triage rooms, three procedure rooms, four nurse stations, a new exterior ER canopy and a roof installed heliport pad, 850 space south garage, and 420 space east garage. Other projects include new parking garages, Radiation Simulator Room Renovations, full building renovations over 4 years, and a new 6-story medical office building connected via sky bridge.

University of Kansas Hospital - Orthopedic Clinic
LOCATION: Lawrence, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: The University of Kansas Hospital Orthopedic Clinic was a three phased renovation to an existing medical space to create a new 3,592 SF orthopedic clinic and a 2,255 SF rehabilitation facility for the University of Kansas Hospital. The orthopedic clinic included six new state of the art exam rooms, imaging/diagnostic procedure rooms, administrative offices and support spaces. The rehabilitation facility includes a new rehab gym, three exam rooms, a nutrition area, waiting areas and office spaces. Additionally, the project included ADA improvements to the existing facility to provide improved access to the new clinic spaces.

MENORAH MEDICAL CENTER
LOCATION: Leawood, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: We built a new 142 bed Hospital, and exsisting MOB expansion. Over 20 years, several projects include the following. Re-dedication to Excellence Building Expansion Program, Cardiac Cath Lab, Emergency Room Remodel, Asphalt repair, Landscaping, Temporary Ramp Enclosure, Labor/Delivery/Recovery, Demo 5th Floor North Fire, Protection for Generators, Cafeteria, Outpatient/Emergency Waiting, 4th Floor, Post Partum Nursery Expansion, Lot Structural Repair, 5th Floor Skilled Nursing Unit,

BOB WILSON MEMORIAL GRANT COUNTY HOSPITAL
LOCATION: Ulysses, Kansas
DESCRIPTION: This project was a three Story, 58,000 SF Addition which included
26 new patient rooms. The project also included a complete renovation
of 24,000 SF of existing support space required to support the
new facility addition. We saved $400,000 in project costs
under the GMP which allowed BWMGCH the ability to expand the
scope of their renovation work while still staying within the original
project budget.
